1. Free trial
Base and Pro start with a 3-day free trial. A card is required at checkout, but you won’t be charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you’re never charged. If you don’t cancel, your first monthly payment is taken when the trial ends.
2. Cancelling
Cancel anytime from your account page → Manage billing, in a few clicks and without contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for. Deleting your account also cancels your subscription.
3. Refunds
Monthly payments aren’t refunded for partial or unused months. We will refund you, in full, for:
- a charge after you cancelled, or a duplicate charge;
- a charge caused by an error on our side, such as a wrong amount.
If the law where you live gives you a right to cancel and be refunded (for example a statutory withdrawal period), we honor it.
4. How to ask for a refund
Email [email protected] from your account’s email address within 30 days of the charge, and tell us what happened. We’ll reply within a few business days, and approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days. Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank — it’s faster for you.
5. Price changes
Launch prices ($19.99/month Base, $24.99/month Pro) apply to subscriptions started by December 31, 2026. If the price of your existing subscription ever changes, we’ll email you at least 30 days before it takes effect, and you can cancel before then.
6. Trading outcomes
Subscription fees pay for the software, not for trading results. We can’t refund exchange fees, trading losses or missed opportunities — see the Terms of Service.
